Returns, Refunds, Replacements

You must contact Happy Feet Insoles for confirmation prior to returning any products for refunds or warranty. Within ACCC guidelines for the refund of goods, if the goods bought have had any use or have been removed from original packaging, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed unless with the permission of an authorised Happy Feet Insoles team member. Please note: Goods that fail during the warranty period, and such failure is covered under the manufacturer's warranty policy, the product may be replaced by an authorised representative. If you need to place a warranty claim, please contact your local authorised Happy Feet Insoles’ representative. Happy Feet Insoles does not offer refunds, credit or exchanges based on incorrect, incompatible or unsuitable goods, Please select your goods carefully before placing your order or ask for our advice before purchasing. Happy Feet Insoles do not offer refunds for goods returned which has been damaged or modified. Returns are accepted based on 'change of mind', 'don't like the product', 'goods are not compatible or suitable', only within 30 Days of the product being purchased. If returning a product purchased with other items, and those other items were discounted as part of a 'package' or 'multiple product deal', a refund may not be provided or the full or normal price for the other items may be charged. Shipping cost or any financial charges are non refundable. Happy Feet Insoles do not offer 'instant' replacement or 'advance' replacement, we do our best to speed up the process of warranty returns provided all products are meeting the warranty terms. There will be no credit or refund given on the price difference of the ordered items due to price drops once the product has been processed and shipped out. Prices of imported products are volatile and we do not control the price fluctuations. If goods received are not as ordered, please inform Happy Feet Insoles within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Cancellation must be informed as soon as possible, any cancellation after a product has been packed and shipped out will result in the customer paying for all freight and handling charges, and may incur a re-stocking fee. Happy Feet Insoles reserve the title of ownership to any extra goods shipped as result of our error. Returns of products, where a fault is not present, is completely at the discretion of Happy Feet Insoles, returns are not automatically accepted. Please be aware no-fault returns may incur restocking charges, this charge is often applied by our suppliers and can be out of our control. A typical restocking charge can range from 10-25%, however may be higher for a specially ordered item. In addition to any restocking charge, freight charges may be payable if the product was sold to the customer with free delivery.
